Hey there, i’m Priscilla!
I’m just a fijnproever/Feinschmecker (translation: gourmet person) that just doesn’t stop talking about food. So instead of harassing my coworkers with my culinary takes, I started this blog as a healthier outlet for my passion for food and writing.
I’m not a food critic because I do believe that those are already being overrepresented by the French. Don’t ask me about technical aspects of the “cuisson” either. I frankly can’t answer them and even less care about them. 🙂
Food to me is just like a feeling and I hope that through my writing it will be the same to you. Food should be uncomplicated like a Sunday afternoon sitting at your grandma’s table.
On this blog, you will find reviews of restaurants and maybe some recipes or food for thought!
I’m in no way an expert so feel free to agree to disagree – as long as we agree on the same thing: that food is always worth living for!
(Note: English isn’t my native language. I’m well aware that I mentioned “food” 7 times in this text, but my former English teacher will just have to suck it up.)
